Liars, thiefs, crooks!! No integrity, no honesty, they wear a mask and are very deceptive and deceitful. Charged me over 4,0000 and it took them over 2 years to come up with a resolution which is a payment plan. I only owe like 5,000 now. They told me my debt would be reduced to 1,000 dollars or less and that we not true! I even sent them money orders which they returned after they said we could settle for 1000.00 originally. Then they told me I sent the wrong amount and we were no longer eligible for that

Crooks charged me 12,700 dollars and took 3 years only to put me on a payment plan with the IRS. Saved me zero dollars. But charged me 12,700 dollars. If you have any substantial debt then you will get taken to the bank by these crooks. For an entire year they told me my debt would be reduced to 1,000 dollars or less. So you make the decision of who you want to trust. They even employee people to watch these posts and someone will dispute this within a day if not hours.

Where do I even begin? After struggling with old tax debt and Covid and losing my job i didn't know what to do. I am very disappointed in this company. When we spoke to a representative in the beginning, he told us they could get all penalties waived. I paid a $1600 to have simple taxes done which took 90 days to complete only the first year past due, also they only do federal taxes, so you'll have to pay someone else to do all your state taxes. Do not hire this company they are liars. I paid them 4000.00 dollars for nothing, after a year Melody called and said their was nothing they could do.
