I came here a few days ago on the recommendation of a friend because I needed insurance for my son?s car. Upon entering I was greeted by a lady who was assisting another customer and let me know she will assist me once she finished with the client. Once she was able to assist me, she gave me several options for car insurance and we found a reasonable rate for my young adult son to afford. The service we received was excellent and did not feel pressured at all. I wasn?t aware they did taxes, maybe I?ll use t

I was in Fontana getting my hair done. When my hair stylist was raving about Nayas. She highly recommended it having a small business. She gets everything done there. I stopped by for a few questions since I was in a hurry. Samir and Ileana were so welcoming. They answered all my questions and more. Later I called Ileana back so she can speak to my mom in Spanish. That is such a plus. This is our new to go place. It felt like family.

I went to get my registration renewal with Samir. He was very helpful. I?m glad I could get everything done in the moment and not have to wait in the dmv. Thank you. You guys are amazing.

Samir and his office staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful, and the best prices I've seen. This is my first year filing with them, and it definitely won't be the last! I've always dreaded doing my taxes because I ALWAYS owe money to the IRS, so when I sat down with Samir, I was already anticipating the worst. Doing car registrations through the DMV online portal is a pain and hate waiting in line at the office. So decided to come here for my registration done. Knowledgeable and was straight to the point with the registration, most of all it was quick!

Normally I do my own taxes or HR Block, because I'm cheap. However, I live close by and was curious on the price so I went in. I truly can't say enough good things about the staff and the company itself. Very helpful, attentive and really helped me out of a complicated jam when my ex claimed our children before I could. This man REALLY knows his stuff. I had all the documentation needed and was looking for a long delay or no refund at all. To my surprise I received my full refund within a month!

I highly recommend going here for your tax preparation. Needed a place to file my taxes this year and a family member recommended Samir from Naya Insurance & Tax Services. I came in and Samir was very friendly and welcoming. Rude and disrespectful I needed a document notarized and was told my document wasn?t for California so he refused to notarize it because I didn?t want another from he was trying to force me to get I try to support local business but some of these people don?t know the first thing about customer service went down the street and got my document notarized with no problem no extra paper his bad attitude his why his business is slow lying to make more money disgusting

Ayo this place helped me get my tags up to date. I walked in and BOOM, the place smells like success. Very bad experience here. The employee was rude, and not helpful. He stated he couldn't provide a service, however customers posted they received the service in their reviews. Not friendly and gave no suggestions or sympathy. Maybe it was an off day, however I will not be going back.
