Originally I met with Justin to start my income tax return, who gave me a "Why are you even here" kind of attitude during the entire conversation, and almost seemed annoyed that I had a few questions about how I could increase future refunds. Also, The H.R. and Client Relations manager Julie provided no assistance to my questions, and was incredibly insulting. Honestly I'm just glad Ill never have to deal with this organization again.

Neely?s completely botched an estate return for our family. Mistakes are forgivable, but the lack of communication, transparency, and complete unwillingness to be helpful were not. We had to hire a second firm to undo their mess. At the end of the day, we essentially donated money to their firm as their work was unusable.

Chuck Neeley has been doing my taxes for 10 years now. He is the best one to do taxes and he gets them done promptly and accurately. He charges the most reasonable and affordable price. He treats me just like family along with the rest of his workers. All of the ladies are sweet as they can be. I will never allow anyone else but him to do my taxes. He?s number 1!!!
