Let me start by saying I haven't filed taxes since 2023! The last tax preparer I was recommended to made things so difficult and expensive to file. Very Unprofessional. I set up two appointments with Melissa and she canceled on me twice right before my appointment with her. The first time she asked me to reschedule for another day which was fine and rescheduled for another time. It is understandable things come up, but then on the day of the rescheduled appointment she calls me half an hour before my appointment and cancels it. I am sorry for the one star, but I was disappointed without receiving a service.
