This is my go to place to file my taxes for years! Ochoa and all of his associates do an excellent job walking you through everything and helping you maximize your return. They are flexible with appointments and have Saturday availability which is critical for me. I can't recommend them enough!

Always make sure you are getting top quality service from an actual CPA- I found out the hard way that many businesses that file taxes don't have any actual CPAs on staff. So after my taxes got messed up for past few years I came back to Santos! I never should have left- but I did after moving 40 minutes away. But after trying other places that were extremely unprofessional I decided the 40 minute drive was more than worth it!

I recently moved and I figured I'd try a new place out because now my old tax guy is a hike. Waited almost an hour after my appointment time to be seen, charged over double what I typically paid to do my taxes, and I still ended up owing over 3 grand afterwards (Not necessarily their fault but I think my old guy mightve pulled some strings to save me a bit more) ?? learned my lesson, making the trip next year to my old place.

I called Ochoa Services to ask about how much they charge to open up and LLC or any other type of entities. I was told by the representatives and accountant that they don?t give out there prices over the phone that I have to physically be there and have a physical consultation. Excellent service. I came in with a problem i had with my 2021 tax return. Never received my refund. One of the accounts helped me figure out what was wrong and finally received my refund. Came back to do my 2022 taxes got my refund already. I did have to verify but the girls in the front helped me with the call. Definitely recommending this to everyone!

He helped me figure out the details of a tax related document last year to receive a tax break and followed up with me with all pertinent information without me having to call him, explaining what he was doing, and making sure that everything was done correctly.
