Worst experience ever! It took them 2 months to file a simple tax return and at the end they got my name wrong and were unable to guide me clearly throughout the process. When I pointed out that the tax return was filed with the wrong name they amended the tax return and charged me extra for that. The worst problem was not even the amounts charged but all the confusion with horrible communication and complete lack of organization and disregard to customer satisfaction.
