This place is the worst. They never call you back. I still don't know what is going on with my return.

We were recommended to try this place for our taxes and never turned back. It's been already three years and will continue for years to come. We've recommended them to some friends that have also been very happy. They don't take appointment so expect to block a few hours of your day, but it's worth it.

If you have any pending questions ask in person. I called to check up on my moms pending status and was hung up on the phone, I called immediately after and was left on hold for what seemed like 15 minutes, they need to be more professional. In person the wait time is longer in the waiting room than the actual appointment.

I try calling because I had not been email to do an electronic signature for my taxes and it had been over a week. But they kept me on hold for ever over 11 minutes at first I call back saying I didn't want to be on hold and she just put me on hold, then I called back and the same thing I ask to speak to a supervisor and she didn't send me to the supervisor. My Father has been coming to this place for over 20 years and has passed us down as clients. Maria is a profesional beyond words and her majic is passing on to her sons and daughter as well. Every year we file our taxes at OJ and it always is easy and extremely reasonably priced. My sister was able to file for my brother in laws resicidency with the help of Maria and her team. Her services are second to none and we hope to keep coming for many more years.

Phone experience at this location was very poor for me. One person tells me one thing, another says that's not correct. Promises to call back after investigating correct info and to this day I'm still waiting for that call, and now they will not be in until beginning of 2023

Worse immigration service, they ALWAYS call you in 1:30-2hrs after your scheduled time. They messed up out paperwork and send it 2 months late! When we had doubts they took 2-3 days to call you back.
