Customer Reviews

Omega accounting solutions guided us through a very complicated and opaque ERC tax credit process. Throughout the lengthy process, they were very communicative and clear on what steps would be required to move the tax credit forward. All of the employees were very professional and responsive, and they even lent us their opinions on our core operations and how to create maximum efficiency In an industry full of people claiming to know what they?re doing you can have faith in Omega getting results from what

Our company partnered with Omega in 2023. Omega agreed that if we referred ERC clients to them and if the clients qualified, our company would receive a referral fee once the IRS paid our clients. Our clients have advised us that they were paid by the IRS over a year ago. We have reached out to Omega Accounting for payment on numerous occasions and have not received a response. We recently sent certified letters to the owners and have yet to receive a response. Good luck if you can get someone to answer t

I have left multiple messages for a return call from Omega Accounting in regards to the ERC Claim, that they prepared for us, and have received no return call or email.

We received excellent service with Omega Accounting Solutions! We had contacted two other companies to recover our ERC, but they both said we didn?t qualify. OAS did a deep and thorough analysis and was able to determine that we were eligible for some funds. We were assigned a project manager and they were very attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

Working with Omega Accounting Solutions has been a great experience. I cannot recommend them enough. ERC taxes can be overwhelming, but everyone at Omega was helpful and kind. Excellent communication, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thank you again Justin and thank you Omega Ur24Technology, Inc.

I worked with Omega Accounting for the first time recently to make an ERC claim. They helped me every step of the way guiding me through what was required and showed such patience when I asked questions. They are all so friendly and approachable whilst being professional every step of the way. They validated all of the information ready to make a claim at lightening speed and came back with great news of our entitlement. So all in all very happy and would recommend Omega Accounting in a heart beat.

We had Omega help us with applying for the ERC for our business. They made the process very convenient and expedient. For the price, it was worth it. Apparently it takes the IRS around 9 months to process the claim, so no money has been received yet, but this wouldnt have even been possible for us had it not been for Omegas help. Thank you!

We had a great experience working with Omega! They were able to get us back way more than expected and it will help tremendously for our family owned business so much. We definitely would recommend working with Omega!

Omega was great to work with. Everyone was very professional and responsive. It is a process to put all of the information together, but that's the process. We tried the ERC with another company and they only did part of the process. They abruptly ended it without an explination. Omega was good through the whole process and communication was good.

The Omega team did a good job processing our ERC applications. They were professional and responsive. However we chose Omega because they promoted their ERC Loan advance program. That process is horrible and a nightmare. They want you to pledge real estate collateral to process your ERC advance loan, even it if it $20K. and they charge a $2,500 loan doc fee and 15%. If you just want the ERC application processed and filed, Omega is a good company and recommended. But stay away from their loan advance

This company has not paid me my referral fees they have owed me for 7 months. They are unresponsive to numerous phone calls & emails. I will now be getting an attorney to get paid what I am contractually owed. Do not trust the owners of this company Jay or Sean Woods, they owe millions of dollars to referral partners & employees.

I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the Omega Accounting Solutions team. They provided us with exceptional guidance and assistance with our employee tax credit. The process was seamless, and the support team was very helpful through the whole process. I highly recommend Omega Account Solutions!

Initially, I had given this company a 1 star based on the service and attentiveness to detail. I have updated the review. Since posting, they continued to work on my file, and found a solution to reviewing my existing ERC documents, and since new IRS requirements for the ERC were enforced, my initial filing was in fact, not going to be approved. Zach and his team stayed in contact and updated me throughout the process, which did take longer than I anticipated, but in the end, did get me the advance I was

There seems to be a lot of companies offering similar ERC support services, but the others don't have Danielle and Zach. The team at Omega Accounting was communicative, diligent and professional in assisting our company and truly provided a solution that met our needs.

Omega Accounting Solutions was great to work with for our ERC Filings. They were knowledgeable, quick to respond, very thorough and made the process quite easy to navigate. The staff we were assigned to was great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of in a timely manner. Would highly recommend their company. Ryan Penhall Sales/Management Connor Concrete Cutting and Coring

Terrible communication and follow up. I am pretty disappointed I did any business with them. Have attempted to contact them a few times due to no update in six months. Would not recommend them to anyone

I hired Omega to help me clean up my books. They moved my over from Wave Apps to Quickbooks. They streamlined my process. Reconciled my transactions, and made my system run so much more smoothly. It's hard owning a small business and navigating profit and loss, and how to assess the health of my business finances. Omega has been amazing. From Sean to Kaitlyn and Jay, their team is amazing and makes you feel like part of the family. Thank you for all you've done.

The ERTC filling process was very easy, seamless and efficient. The support team was great to work with. I highly recommend Omega Account Solutions!

Absolutely horrible experience. 6 1/2 months of wasted time! I have 3 other companies that have already verified our eligibility for the ERTC and this company refused to do it or let us out of the contract for 6 1/2 months when we asked to leave and go to another company.

Please stay away from this company. I was scammed by them and am happy that it was not $5000 like someone else mentioned in the negative reviews. Do not believe any of the positive reviews as they are most likely fabricated by the scammers themselves. There is no customer service, once they obtain your money, they do not care. I will make sure I contact the better buisness bureau as well as lawyer to prevent anyones else from getting scammed.

Omega was great! I switched to them after Innovated gave me the run around. They made the whole process manageable.

We engaged Omega for the ERC for our nonprofit, and they were professional, efficient, and great to work with. Would recommend them for this to anyone!

Most expensive ERC provider out there. Also the slowest. I?m in the middle of the ?process? right now and wish I would have done more research before I signed the agreement. Do your due diligence and hire someone else for your ERC and save thousands!

Omega is the worst vendor I've chosen in my 23 years of owning a business. It's a mistake that is probably going to end up costing me hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Fantastic to work with. They stayed on top of things every step of the way and made a difficult process super easy. Highly recommending to everyone! Special thanks to Noah and Diane!

The entire Omega team was efficient and didn't waste any time! And any time I had a question, they were very quick to answer. I highly recommend!

I had my doubts about the government give away, but so far Omega did everything possible to help me. It takes some time to gather all of the information, but I believe my efforts will be worth it.

The service was well explained, easy process to follow and their responsiveness was spot on. Chris and the team at Omega know how to do business and treat customers.

Omega did a great Job! The information needed was quite extensive and time consuming, but worth the credit! Thanks Omega Team

These people are legit, fast and efficient! Was nervous about using them because of so many scams out there but these guys did great and I Highly recommend.

Have not received my grant yet but Omega waws friendly and professional. They made the process very easy!!

Honestly I REALLY drug my feet on getting them the information they needed. In the end they came through for me, I appreciate it. I recommend this company.

Made the ERC process very easy and streamlined. Marcos and Sonny were super professional and polite.

Unbelievable company always there to help you. They act promptly on everything that they did for me. I would not go with any other company

Seems like a scam company. Ruined my companies tax returns for 2020 and 2021. Steer clear.

Omega Accounting accomplished excellent work for us. We highly recommend using them for your needs.

I hired them to assist with my ERC. Hannah was great to work with. Thank you.

so far so good...Ill definitely give them the 5th star once our check arrives.

I signed off on all my bank papers and finalized on my paperwork last Friday after they approved me so how long will I have to wait to receive my ERC?

Excellent communication through the entire process! I highly recommend their service. Brian Harre

They took care of everything after submitting proper paperwork. They kept in contact through email and phone.

It was so much easier than i thought i was impressed with the knowledge the whole staff had. Overall very good.

They were very professional and did a great job for us.

They are very helpful and so friendly. Great to work with. Thank you for all your help.

Very thorough process and to the point. Knew exactly what to do!

Thanks to Raul, Sonny, Hannah..

Professional and great to work with

Frequently Asked Questions

What qualifications should I look for in a CPA?

Look for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, which ensures they’ve passed rigorous exams and meet state requirements. Check for relevant experience in your industry, additional certifications like CFA or CMA, and membership in professional organizations like the AICPA. Verify their credentials through state licensing boards.

How do I find a CPA in my area?

Use online directories like the AICPA, CPAverify, or state CPA societies. Search platforms like Yelp or Google for local CPAs with reviews. Ask for referrals from business associates, friends, or financial advisors. Local chambers of commerce can also provide recommendations.

What’s the difference between a CPA and an accountant?

A CPA is a licensed professional who has passed the CPA exam and met state requirements for education and experience. An accountant may lack this certification and could have varying levels of expertise. For complex tasks like tax audits or financial reporting, a CPA is typically more qualified.

How do I know if a CPA specializes in my needs?

Ask about their experience with your specific financial needs, such as tax preparation, small business accounting, or estate planning. Review their website or LinkedIn for case studies or client testimonials. Inquire about their client base to ensure they handle similar financial situations.

Should I check a CPA’s reviews before hiring?

Yes, reviews provide insight into a CPA’s reliability, communication, and performance. Check platforms like Google, Yelp, or the Better Business Bureau for client feedback. Look for patterns in reviews, but verify their authenticity, as some may be biased or outdated.

How can I verify a CPA’s license?

Visit your state’s Board of Accountancy website or use CPAverify.org to check a CPA’s license status. Confirm their license is active and check for any disciplinary actions or complaints. This ensures they’re in good standing and meet professional standards.

What questions should I ask during a CPA consultation?

Ask about their experience with your financial needs, fee structure, availability, and communication style. Inquire how they handle tax filings, audits, or financial planning. Ask for references or examples of similar work to assess their expertise and fit.

How much should I expect to pay for a CPA’s services?

Fees vary based on location, services, and complexity. Basic tax preparation may cost $150-$500, while business accounting or audits can range from $1,000 to $10,000+. Request a detailed fee structure upfront and compare quotes from multiple CPAs.

Can I work with a CPA remotely?

Yes, many CPAs offer remote services through secure online platforms for document sharing and virtual consultations. Ensure they use encrypted tools for data security. Remote CPAs can be effective if they understand your local tax laws or business regulations.

How do I assess a CPA’s communication skills?

During consultations, evaluate their ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. Ask sample questions about taxes or financial strategies and note their responsiveness and clarity. Good communication ensures you understand their advice and fosters a productive relationship.

What red flags should I watch for when screening a CPA?

Beware of CPAs who guarantee specific tax refunds, lack a valid license, or have disciplinary actions on record. Avoid those with poor communication, vague fee structures, or negative reviews highlighting unethical behavior. Always verify their credentials independently.

Should I choose a CPA from a large firm or a solo practitioner?

Large firms offer more resources and specialized teams but may charge higher fees. Solo practitioners often provide personalized service and lower costs but may have limited availability. Choose based on your needs, budget, and preference for personalized attention.

How often should I meet with my CPA?

For individuals, annual meetings for tax preparation may suffice. Businesses may need quarterly or monthly check-ins for bookkeeping, tax planning, or financial reporting. Discuss your needs upfront to establish a meeting schedule that aligns with your financial goals.

Can a CPA help with both personal and business finances?

Yes, many CPAs handle both, but confirm their expertise in both areas. Ask about their experience managing personal taxes and business accounting simultaneously. Ensure they can balance both without compromising attention to your specific financial needs.

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with my CPA?

Discuss concerns directly with your CPA to resolve issues. If unresolved, check your contract for termination terms. Seek a new CPA by researching reviews, credentials, and referrals. Request your financial records to ensure a smooth transition to a new professional.
