Worst experience ever! The testimonies in their website are mostly fake. If you happen to face an issue then you are done for. No receipt after payment, no proof of document. They are FRAUDS. The tax filing is incorrect and you will get IRS Audit after a couple of years. I reached out since I had taken security against penalty option, they didn't respond to IRS or take any action to address the letter and further to that stopped responding post tax season.

Worst experience?. Everyone in staff are just Money minded people? Not helping customer request ? People - Never File tax with this company ?.. Poor Rating ?. Pls don't trust any callers from here ?.

Didn't got IT return acknowledgement at all(even after 7 months) which IRS gives in 1-2 days. They just don't pickup call and sometimes reply you that "you will get it today EOD" that day never comes. Feels bad wasted a lot of time and money.
