LaMichelle is great! Her online messenger is great for quick communication for questions as I was compiling my documents for filing. The online portal questionarie for taxes was easy to use and the document upload is broken down by type so it was easy to make sure everything needed to file my taxes was there. LaMichelle has a quick turn around time. As a first time filing MFJ, LaMichelle was patient with us and answered all the questions we had.

LaMichelle did a great job. I went to a different tax service that wanted to charge almost double what she charged, I didn't go with that other tax service because of the cost. As it turned out the other service also made a mistake on the amount of deductions I was allowed, which would have been a problem if they filed my taxes. Also, I went to her with a few days left to file and she fit me in, prepared and filed my taxes on time. Would definitely use her services again.
