We have used Julie for several years now and she is always so gracious and efficient. The office atmosphere is both welcoming and professional. The provide you with a new appointment book for your personal used along with memo pads and pins as well. And I love the free Pay Day candy bars at the receptionist desk as they are my favorites!! I wouldn't think of going any place else to have my taxes done.

Just want to update my experience. There were some errors made by the software used at Pacific Tax on my 2015 tax return. After finding the error and submitting an amended return Darren offered a full refund which I settled for half. Now I get a IRS letter noting an error I made on m 2014 tax form resulting in a large sum owed to the IRS. Darren setup a meeting that same day. We had an appointment with Julie Stelzner at 1PM and she was ready for us right away. Very precise and seemed to ask all the right questions. We moved from 1 state to another, sold and bought a house so it wasn't just run of the mill tax filing.
