Originally gave them 5 stars, but after calling to check on the status of my tax returns, I was met with an incredibly condescending representative. They talked over me, wouldn?t let me finish a question or thought, and rudely corrected me ? as if I?m supposed to be a tax expert. Honestly, the service was so bad I hung up mid-conversation. I would have dropped this to a 1-star review based on that experience alone, but I?ve been a loyal client for years. Maybe I?ll give them another chance out of loyalty ?

Yara and sonia have been amazing people in my journey for filing my taxes . I wasn?t able to do last years and they were patient with me since I did not have all W2 but just a transcript. At the end they were able to help me. I?ll definitely recommend them, and will make sure to file this years with them!
