We were looking for a new accountant that was more knowledgeable with S-corps, LLC?s, and small businesses in general. Working with Jeffrey has been a breath of fresh air as they were able to make the complicated aspects of our taxes seem easy and manageable. He was very understanding with our unique needs and helped formulate a game plan that worked best for our financial situation. Would definitely recommend for any other small business owners.

Paramount in Lehi has gone the extra mile. They helped me on very short notice with an amended return, and they?ve done a fantastic job helping me navigate tax year 2024? and plan for 2025. Their online system for collecting documents and communicating back and forth is very convenient also.

Really disappointed with my experience this year after two great years before this year. They made many promises to me over the past few months and haven?t fulfilled them. I can?t get them to respond to me, which is why I?m now posting this review. I got all of my documents to them in February and at 8 pm on 4/15 they told me to make a huge payment to the IRS (after previously saying that i?d most likely be in a refund status) and that they were filing to extend my taxes. Absolute disaster. No communication. We had an excellent experience last year. This year was not a good experience. We will not be using them again. We were told after 7pm on the day the taxes were due that we owed. Would not recommend.

Going into this year?s tax return, we were super nervous as this is a process we?re relatively inexperienced with. Amanda did a phenomenal job to help us with our tax return, and was extremely personable, friendly, and outgoing.
