I?m sure the tax agents are great but the person in charge of scheduling needs better training. I originally filed an extension and had an appointment set two months in advance. I missed it (my fault) but i never got any confirmation calls or emails days before, so we rescheduled. I never got a confirmation for my second appointment. I called to confirm my appointment the day of and she tells me that she was meaning to call us to reschedule due to agents going on vacation.

I highly recommend Patriots Tax & Accounting Service! My experience with Sarah was outstanding?she is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. This year, we faced several new challenges with multiple states involved, but she navigated everything with ease, ensuring we had the most up-to-date information to file accurately and efficiently. Did ok I guess. Wasn?t until after services rendered I found other places to do what I needed much cheaper. Was charged 750$ for services where as other places charged from 100-200$ for the same thing. When initially contacting about prices of services was told it was a case by case bases. But had someone else call and ask about services and they told the other person right away versus having to have a consultation. Do not recommend. Extremely overpriced.
