I had a great experience with Angelique and her team, they were very clear with the process and patient with me!
Angelique and her staff are wonderful. Angelique is very professional and follows all elder laws to protect your loved ones. I own a caregiving agency and I will continue to refer my clients to her who need guidance with their finances and future planning.
I recently needed help with my existing trust, Angelique Friend of Probate Services Inc. was able to help me, she was so helpful, very polite, the office staff were so friendly. I'm very happy to say I would recommend Probate Services to my family and friends!
I loved working with Marcie, she went above and beyond to help me with my mom's estate. I couldn't ask for a better customer service experience.
This company acts as fiduciary for a client of mine. I was told to send invoices to them to receive payment, which i did. I have received neither of the two payments owed and there has been zero communication. Update: They contacted me 15 minutes after I posted this review, apologized for the miscommunication, then said they wouldn't send payment until I amended my review.
Angelique Friend has been a great Help to our Family handling our Trust! Her and her staff have been there to help us every step of the way! I highly recommend choosing Angelique for your Trustee!
Stay away from this shady establishment because in my view they have absolutely no scruples or principles. We tried to make an appointment with them for two months through emails, phone calls and office visits to see our friend, as they themselves requested, and they never responded let alone gave us an appointment. The caregivers were instructed not to let us in with no appointment so when we tried to visit we could not enter her home that we had been to so many times over 20 years. Probate Services also r
Amber was amazing. Helped me get through rough times. She is always available when I need her and that goes a long way! She is very honest and put herself in my shoes in every conversation. Down to earth describes Amber perfectly and so am I so perfect match :) bottom line she goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying the experience. Words can not express my appreciation and overall joy working with probate services. Take care
Staff very professional,. Has best interest for clients and always going above and beyond expectations.
It just doesn't get any worse than the experience I have had with Probate Services. They are Not my 'Friend' and if they have your money they probably won't be your 'Friend' either. For me the 'Trust' is gone out of 'Trustee' and if that's gone, is the 'Angel' an oxymoron? If I were you, I'd Watch my Back!! Then I'd hire a Lawyer to watch their Lawyer! But, if it's Not too late, I'd turn my BACK and RUN as FAR and as FAST as I can, in the other direction!
I have worked with Angelique with mutual clients on the sales of trust and probate properties. Angelique is always emphasizing that she wants to make sure that her clients get the best terms and the highest price. I have noticed that she protects her clients interest as if they were her own. If you are looking for someone to protect your interest then give her a call.
I had a great experience with Angelique and her staff. They were super patient with us and did overall a great job!
She takes great care of my mom. She's very supportive and her staff is attentive. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.
Angelique and her staff were very warm and friendly. Will definitely use their services again. Very professional.
Marcie has been a great help. Thank you
I called and spoke with Angelique and she was very informative and answered all my questions regarding probate. It's hard to find people as genuine as her. Thank you again.
Exceeded all my expectations! Their mission of providing personal attention, integrity, and expertise truly shines through in every interaction.
It's a pleasure doing business with Angelique and her professional staff. They go above and beyond. And they are dog friendly.

Look for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, which ensures they’ve passed rigorous exams and meet state requirements. Check for relevant experience in your industry, additional certifications like CFA or CMA, and membership in professional organizations like the AICPA. Verify their credentials through state licensing boards.
Use online directories like the AICPA, CPAverify, or state CPA societies. Search platforms like Yelp or Google for local CPAs with reviews. Ask for referrals from business associates, friends, or financial advisors. Local chambers of commerce can also provide recommendations.
A CPA is a licensed professional who has passed the CPA exam and met state requirements for education and experience. An accountant may lack this certification and could have varying levels of expertise. For complex tasks like tax audits or financial reporting, a CPA is typically more qualified.
Ask about their experience with your specific financial needs, such as tax preparation, small business accounting, or estate planning. Review their website or LinkedIn for case studies or client testimonials. Inquire about their client base to ensure they handle similar financial situations.
Yes, reviews provide insight into a CPA’s reliability, communication, and performance. Check platforms like Google, Yelp, or the Better Business Bureau for client feedback. Look for patterns in reviews, but verify their authenticity, as some may be biased or outdated.
Visit your state’s Board of Accountancy website or use CPAverify.org to check a CPA’s license status. Confirm their license is active and check for any disciplinary actions or complaints. This ensures they’re in good standing and meet professional standards.
Ask about their experience with your financial needs, fee structure, availability, and communication style. Inquire how they handle tax filings, audits, or financial planning. Ask for references or examples of similar work to assess their expertise and fit.
Fees vary based on location, services, and complexity. Basic tax preparation may cost $150-$500, while business accounting or audits can range from $1,000 to $10,000+. Request a detailed fee structure upfront and compare quotes from multiple CPAs.
Yes, many CPAs offer remote services through secure online platforms for document sharing and virtual consultations. Ensure they use encrypted tools for data security. Remote CPAs can be effective if they understand your local tax laws or business regulations.
During consultations, evaluate their ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. Ask sample questions about taxes or financial strategies and note their responsiveness and clarity. Good communication ensures you understand their advice and fosters a productive relationship.
Beware of CPAs who guarantee specific tax refunds, lack a valid license, or have disciplinary actions on record. Avoid those with poor communication, vague fee structures, or negative reviews highlighting unethical behavior. Always verify their credentials independently.
Large firms offer more resources and specialized teams but may charge higher fees. Solo practitioners often provide personalized service and lower costs but may have limited availability. Choose based on your needs, budget, and preference for personalized attention.
For individuals, annual meetings for tax preparation may suffice. Businesses may need quarterly or monthly check-ins for bookkeeping, tax planning, or financial reporting. Discuss your needs upfront to establish a meeting schedule that aligns with your financial goals.
Yes, many CPAs handle both, but confirm their expertise in both areas. Ask about their experience managing personal taxes and business accounting simultaneously. Ensure they can balance both without compromising attention to your specific financial needs.
Discuss concerns directly with your CPA to resolve issues. If unresolved, check your contract for termination terms. Seek a new CPA by researching reviews, credentials, and referrals. Request your financial records to ensure a smooth transition to a new professional.
