We are deeply frustrated and disappointed with the service provided by Processing Assist, Inc. From the start, we were promised a level of professionalism and delivery that has simply not been met. Despite agreeing to terms and expectations, what was promised has not come to fruition, and communication has been non-existent since signing the agreement. Aaron Cruz seemed very professional. He asked for my name and dob to look me up. Then he stated that I qualified for SAVE program. Then he asked for codes that "he" sent me... actually, he reset my fasfa info and gained information by doing so. It's a SCAM!

Mason Alexander was so very helpful. He just went above and beyond to help me resolve my student loan debt. I am forever grateful for his help!! Very professional and so kind and helpful. My initial process was for a forbearance. Mr. Birch worked with me and I was informed I could do a disability discharge which was explained to me and worked out better for me in the long run. Mr. Birch was courteous and took the time to stay with me through the process and made sure I understood all this particular paperwork meant as far as future correspondence goes.

This looks legitimate. Brad and Lisa should be able to help forgive some of my federal student loan before it grows in interest, and do the paperwork for to bid for forgiveness through various lawful programs, and the fees are affordable.
