I completed an online form requesting a quote for tax preparation. Pervaan called and left me a message, but due to illness, it was a while before I was able to call him back. Then, when I called, he was apparently unable to come to the phone; so I left him a message. As I write this he has yet to get back to me. This kind of thing is very telling. I guess they have all the clients they need. Definitely not people I'd recommend.

Fantastic experience. Went in with my docs, and came out with a completed tax return in less than an hour. Had my income, and 3 house transactions and banking and investment, and moving states and gave it to them in raw form and boom all done. Really enjoyed working with them.
