I contacted Ramon when I received a letter from the IRS stating that I owe them $10000. When I reached out to him he responded immediately and created a secure account where I can upload my information so he can take a look at my tax return. He responded the same evening the last person someone wants to owe is the government (IRS DCF ) but he informed me that he can resolve it for me for a fee which was understandable.
