My partner and I came across their advertisement about a free real estate investing workshop at Sheraton hotel. We decided to go because we have been discussing about wanting to get involved in real estate investing. The speaker motivated us into purchasing ($295) for their 3 day workshop where we would learn a list of systems that would benefit us in getting started in real estate investing. Day 1 of the workshop seemed like a repeat of the first meeting and by day 2 it was to sell an elite club membership

My business partner & I decided to go to a free seminar that advertised a possible chance to learn real-estate business on house flipping and holding property for passive income. That free seminar motivated us to pay $300 for 3 day workshop that would lead people to going into more debt because the cost of the program was between $15,000-$30,000 or $50,000. Overall they did not go into depth or detail about what we thought we could have learned which was nothing. That experience was a waste of time & money

Do NOT buy this course. You learn more in the 2hr class than you ever will in the 9hr daily 3day course. They don't even teach what the claimed they would teach you. There is also opportunity to progress your education but does cost a good chunk of money. Staff are more than willing to accommodate with financial planning or give you time to collect your finances.

Their little marketing seminar is too long. I wouldn't recommend staying the whole time. They obviously try to sell you something at the end of it. I didn't go there to buy stuff so I left. If you want to learn real estate go read some books.
