Being that it was my first time filing taxes as a LLC, Raj was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and made it a breeze. All these tax places look the same on the outside but what I found makes the difference is the people inside. I've been getting tax guidance from Raj for years. He's so educated and what I like the most is that he's patient in explaining everything. There are some people in this world that know a lot of stuff and make you feel dumb for asking question. I had an excellent experience interacting with Luis Reyes, and Raj Agarwal with respect to my tax filing. I found them to be extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. I had a number of questions related to my tax obligations. Luis answered all my questions, and completed my tax filing with competence, efficiency and speed. The charges for the service were reasonable. I will certainly go back to them for any future tax related filings.

I had to do quarterly tax payments for the first time. Looked all over online and they had the best reviews. I have to say they live up to them and more. These guys were excellent. Super thorough, extremely friendly, and quick to help me get the right payments for both state and federal. I will definitely be using them again for my taxes.

I'm self employed and the CPA I had was filling my taxes in a way that did not mach my situation leading me to pay a lot in taxes. Here they were very understanding of my situation and knew exactly what to do I i received a refund! When your self employed, deductions and a couple other thing can be the difference between a refund and owing a couple grand or more. Never had any issues and always have been extremely happy with all they do for us. Everyone here is very competent and treats us with respect .

Bay far the best place to file your taxes. I am 73 years old and I felt that they did everything to ensure they helped me properly. With people in a rush all the time nowadays, it was a very good experience for a change. I had to wait a little, but I was glad I did.

Pathetic customer service. Prior appointment is a joke at this place. They make you wait for hours without any updates. You really don't know who will do your taxes till the last moment. Most of the time your taxes are filled by junior staff which is as good as doing it yourself. I really don't understand why we need to pay extra professional fees and drive all the way here.

They are terrible and keep missing appointments without any notice. I went there by driving one hour in traffic and Raj was not there. Then their receptionist said Raj will call you back, next day they said office manager will call you back regarding your tax return. You will never get a call back from them. This has happened for the second time. Avoid them if you value your time.

I have always been treated with the best service every time I go here. Everytime. They really take time to make sure all mymyy questions are answered. Looks like a scam to me. I reserved an appointment with them about 2 weeks back for 04/04 and on the day they take my SSN and further information and say they are full of work and can't help me file taxes. Not at all professional to even give a confirmation upon multiple calls. I finally gave up.

Don?t come here if you need something notarized. I called to confirm they notarize documents they said yes. I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment or anything they said no just come in. I come in 30 minutes later and they said ?the person who notarizes documents isn?t here and won?t be back until next month?. Waste of my time they should?ve mentioned he?s not in when I called.

Great customer service but bad service, I been using them for my business since 2014 and also have minor issue with they service but keep going since the staffs were so nice. This time I when in gave them my statement for a financial report in November 2017 I called and called and keep getting the runaround it is now past the due date and have yet to received the information. Now I have to hired another company. I will never used them again

I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge they demonstrated to explain all tax issues. They have a great team that know what they are doing. I have been to Liberty tax service before and I now feel that Liberty people were a bunch of overpriced armatures.

They were able to do a last minute filing request quickly and at half the cost of other firms I have used in the past -- would definitely recommend! Best of all, I was able to do everything virtually (document transfer, payment, etc.)
