We have a had the displeasure of working with Reliant Capital and I feel we were lied to and kept in the dark about the loan they out sourced for us. I will never recommend them to anyone. After my husband left a review we were threatened with a lawsuit from the CEO. He told us to remove our reviews or he would file a law suit. This might explain why they have only 5 star reviews.
