Update - Aug 2019: After the taxes were filed, the IRS came back saying that we owed them money. It turned out that they had not transferred the tax payments made as a business to the personal taxes. Rimple is very knowledgeable and guided us throughout this process. I felt that she went above and beyond in working with us to resolve the issue with the IRS. Rimple helped me collect around 13K from IRS which was doubtful, she followed up with IRS on every step and when IRS refused to issue a refund, she approached to taxpayer's advocate office.
