They didn?t rush me to get off, which I totally appreciate. They were very informative and patient with me. I should have read reviews before going here... I won't come back. They charge a lot of unreasonable junk fees here. And there was no notice of the charges in plain sight while the lady that works the front desk is not a strong communicator. Fingerprints advertised $25 and charge you more then double to $60 when all said and done. The leaves a nice nasty re-review. That response is a personification of who your doing business with. Owner calls us a liar about the price increase and demands for proof/other places "cheaper" - Found any police station for $10 (Norco) Also, when McDonald's sells you a burger they don't come at you after and say "Well the ingredients are extra!" the owner of the building "Gloria" was on her phone the entire time with her daughter asking about what shoes to buy, while she was doing my taxes. Finally she get off the phone and 2 weeks later i get my tax refund back and there is 300$ missing. Called this ignorant place to get an explanation, apparently Gloria the owner or whatever her name is went and changed my tax return amount because her and her daughter do not have the slightest clue of what they are doing!

Went here to get two documents notarized by acknowledgement, the notary lady refused saying that I must sign in front of her and that her 8 years experience as a notary required higher ethics than I wanted and that I should go somewhere else.
