The reorganization of this company has destroyed my high opinion of this company. My taxes were handled poorly, lost in the shuffle. Then, when finally completed, I owed for the first time in 28 years. I told them I didn't have the funds and needed to file for delayed payment (which I did)...they took their fee and submitted my checking account for FULL PAYMENT of my tax bill! My checking account is hugely negative today and now I cannot pay my other bills that are due now. Very disappointed in this company
