Avoid this tax firm at all cost. I went to a consultant, signed documents then a few days later called and told them I went with another firm. They didn't look at my accounts in anyway but charged my account over $3,000 and refused to refund the money back. Apparently he feel he shouldn't have to give it back? then the office lady said all the could off was a business plan to compensate for the money they took out of the account?. I also know other business that's had problems with this firm and they refuse
