Sanjay Taxpro firm has helped me with filing my taxes for 2022. I'm glad I hired someone this year rather than doing them myself. Of course, filing yourself is cheaper, but it's nice to have an expert that can answer all of your questions when you start having more complicated returns. I cant talk about where he got the positive reviews from but certainly, Sanjay is a worst CPA i have ever worked with. Very rude and arrogant staff with very limited knowledge. Sanjay tax pro have been filing my tax returns from many years and they are the most organized and process oriented firm and team. Unlike other tax professionals who will file for you but when there is an issue there is no record of the what calculations went it to the filing , Sanjay tax pro on the other hand document every detail and explain why they are choosing one option over other (for instance why this time they are choosing standard vs itemized or the other way) .

Very depressing experience. We did filing in 2022, they conveniently did not remind about required details from overseas income until I took initiative to ask. Delayed filing to the last minute and we didn't get the child tax credit amount until now! I had to write to IRS to claim the credit amount and still in progress. 2023 filing - efiling failed and this team does not even have expertise to figure out and correct it, instead asked me to do manual file!
