We got to know Ron McHone and Sansone & Associates, PC through our Financial Advisor, about 5 or 6 years ago. Since then, he had not only done our individual tax returns but also our not-for-profit Foundation. Ron and the associates are very professional and courteous. He completes your returns within the hour of your appointment and turns it over to his associates for a second pair of eyes, so at any given returns, you can be sure of the accuracies of your returns. I made my appointment for a tax consultation 2 full weeks ago. As there are still some businesses open on Memorial Day and from lack of communication within the 2 weeks from him, I assumed that my appointment still stood. Considering that he should have reached out the same day I scheduled the appointment or within a few days of me scheduling it; Instead, he canceled my appointment the day of, as well as failed to block out today due to the holiday. Unprofessional.
