Refinance process was relatively easy. Can't beat their rates. I've refinanced a few times with Save Financial already and have referred some friends who've done the same. They process a lot of loans so just know that response to email can be slow, but they do eventually respond and they do take and respond to phone calls. Never had an issue on a HUD that I needed fixed. Certainly recommend if you're looking for a great rate and super low closing costs.

Refinanced twice with Mike Basti. Both times had quick and easy closing with very good rates. No closing costs means no closing costs, but a lot of other guys have small print that excludes a lot of third party fees. With Save Financial the only thing I had to pay for closing was stuff I'd have had to pay even if I had not refinanced (interest on the loan and some flood insurance escrow money). Truly a no cost refinance.

My refinance had quite a few challenges. I have a HELOC with my house which required its subordination for the refinance. However, this process took very long time and there was some mismatches on the numbers between my HELOC team and the lender.
