I've just begun the process of getting rid of my timeshare. I will say, though, that Seaside Consulting has been wonderful getting me through turning in the paperwork they need for my case and getting me started with the attorney?s office that will be handling my case going forward. They have done everything they promised and have been available every step of the way. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to dump your timeshare.

Please be warned. This company is a huge scam. Four years ago. We went under contract with them and they are so-called attorneys. They set up an interview and went over our exact events of the day that we were sold the timeshare. Not only did they say that we have a case. They also said they would try to recoup at least some of the money that we had already paid for our timeshare we were told once wesigned with them to no longer make any contact with our timeshare company that they were now representing us

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I found and hired Seaside in October 2019 for HGV timeshare cancellation. I paid over 8k for nothing! Tradebloc their credit protection agency did not protect my excellent credit at all. My score dropped over 100 points. Their lawyers have never spoken to me and every time I mention helping all they say they've done is mailed the credit bureau. However, Experian keeps messaging me saying they've been denying their requests because I can represent myself. But how can it be removed if the information is true. I paid $13,000 to Seaside Consultants Group in January 2020 to facilitate me exiting my Worldmark by Wyndham timeshare. Seaside Consultants is the real deal! I was contact by many other companies alleging they would help me get rid of my timeshare. They took my money and did nothing further. This was not the case with Seaside consultants. They stopped the collection calls, insured it did not affect my credit and saved me many more years of payments to a timeshare I neither wanted or used. They were professional, helpful and courteous. They may get good reviews, but they are not honest in their interactions. Their first rep told me explicitly that I would get a second consultation before I decided to move forward. She never returned my calls and i was told by a second person that she was "no longer with the company. "That second person assured me that I could have the second consultation with first needing to sign the engagement letter. Do not use this company. For 3 years I have been strung along. Little communication, credit protection does not exist and they do not deliver on their service. Stay away, it's just a sales story like the timeshares they claim to get you out of.

I have been working with Seaside for the past 1.5 years and my timeshare has NOT been resolved. The ONLY communication I receive is when I reach out to them and even then I get the runaround. I am beyond frustrated after 1.5 years and paying over $4000 to get this done. I feel scammed.

Stay away from this group!! They engaged me in a contract with promises that they would terminate my timeshare...they were never successful ! Additionally, they advised me to stop making payments on the timeshare which resulted in damaging my excellent credit. They're absolutely horrible!!!

Mr. Dowdy was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was forthcoming with pertinent information and responded with that information in a timely manner. He also followed up the very next day as promised. I would consult with him again if needed.

Kevin was awesome at getting us all the details we needed to get out of our timeshare and made us feel confident that we'd be taken care of. He explained that a lot of people get taken advantage of and didn't make us feel bad for that happening.

Scam. I've paid them over 4K plus the lawyer fees and a settlement fee. It's been a year and a half. They said it would be resolved and fallen off my credit. They said it was settled in court . All lies.
