I've been with Secured Income Group for about a year & very happy I invested with them. 8.25% return is amazing! SIG is a solid company with a impressive track record, offering investors great returns since 1997. This Company definitely stand out amongst others. You might find higher returns in this sector elsewhere, but will be taking on huge risks because those other companies are not vetted like SIG, having a perfect performance record for over 20 years.

Update July 2022. After having been with them since 2018, I received a letter today and a check for "cancellation" due to dynamics of private lending. While I fully understand their right to pay me out at any time what I have issue with is they gave NO advance notice-just a check by delivery service. It would have been courteous to give some notice so one could plan where to re-invest several hundred thousand $$$. In my situation, had that check come one day later, there would have been no one to receive

As a retiree it is a challenge to find an investment vehicle that will produce a "normal" yield on a historical basis, that meets one's income requirements. Sorry I can't recommend these guys. I have used them for over 2 years and they seem to think it is a privilege to use your money you gave them! They should be grateful that you trust them with your cash as they are not a large company. There are plenty of places out there to put your income and get the same interest rates, so I suggest you shop other places first.

The company is questionable. SIG advertises very attractive and competitive investment products that are not actually available. It is unclear what the motive is for the false advertising.
