I would be informed that whoever it was, is no longer with the company, and that someone else would reach out. After all was said and done they told me I can go on a payment plan, which is something I could have set up on my own, without paying money to these guys. Dont believe the hype (or the fake reviews).

I chose SF because unlike other services who charge you up front but also charge you again for each leg of work, SF only charges you once. Unfortunately that?s also because they stopped working on my case after the initial update. The ?savings? they provided was negated by their fee. Communication is poor- I went months without a response but they were quick to reach out to solicit more services.
