Been going to Sexton?s for 27 years and they are the best around. My husband and I recommend them to everybody. We will never change unless they close down and I pray they never do.

I've been going there a long time. They used to be less expensive than other places before they moved to New address. $100.00 now. Unless that IS cheaper than other?

Charlene was very warm and kind! She not only did my taxes efficiently, but she gave future advice as well. Totally worth it!

Hi, I have only been going there for maybe 8-10yrs never had a bad experience. At the old place might have had to wait couple hours, but it?s tax time and they are knowledgeable and way cheaper than ??,. So I recommend Sexton?s?s, have never done me wrong. And one time when preparer made mistake we reminded about a credit, person acknowledge and corrected. They are Good People and excellent Tax Preparers

I have used Sexons for 4 years now, recommended through a co worker. They are very budget friendly, fast, effective, professional, wonderful people. There is no appointments but longest wait I've ever had was 30 minutes. They have a text service so you can leave and come back during your weight time. Always friendly,joking and personable family run business. I recommend to anyone needing a tax service or wanting to make a change from their current spot.

Sextons Tax Service is like no other tax preparation agency. Nikki, Charlene and Donavan are incredible to work with and super knowledgeable in any tax scenarios. My Coworker has been trying to call them all week to get some info from them. Their phone goes straight to a message saying they are only available on Thursdays from 10-12, so she tried to call at that time and their phone went to the same message. I haven't done business with them but from this experience I see her going through I never will.

I don?t see my recent review..I dont recommend anyone to come here?like I said in my first review..family of clowns who don?t admit when they make mistakes. I went thru them last year because of their good prices and it was just ok. They are quick but kind of rushed and not very friendly just more of the vibe of just wanting to hurry thru the day. They accept walk ins but are not prepared for being busy very unorganized and hectic. My family has been going to Sextons for years! I?ve never known the staff to be anything but pleasant and courteous! They go above and beyond to ensure the return is done correctly. I can?t imagine a lady who refers to her clients as sweetly and baby doll would ever throw a phone at someone!

Sextons Tax Service is the best in the business in my opinion. I have been going to them for over 20 years and they are a true asset to the city of Evansville. I even just drop in and have to ask Charlene for advice and she is very patient and takes what ever time to explain to you any question you might have. The owner is rude. My husband and I had our taxes done here in 2019 and the daughter was very pleasant so we said we would be back in 2020. This time we had the owner file for us and she was not very nice. Her interaction with us was rude and rushed. She had an attitude because my husbands employer failed to provide him with a correct W2 (something we can?t help and were not aware of) instead of taking the time to educate us and tell us exactly what we needed the W2 to say she put our papers to the side and

I?ve been going to Nikki to have my taxes done for the last 21 years every year I have proper paperwork to give her if I don?t she politely tells me what I need and asked me to go get it when I come back she brings me right in. I?ve never had an issue out of her or her company they have all been great, and treat us like family! I?ll go to her until she decides to give it up.

Would give a 0 star if possible . Office is hot ,and dirty. Staff is rude and condescending. I was 2nd in line. To be served. And was pushed back to 5th. What should have been a 1 hour meeting ended up being well over 2 hours. When I questioned them about the unfair treatment they were dismissive.They really don't care

We did our taxes there in Feb 9th. The first week of March we found out from the state and IRS that our taxes hadn't been filed yet!! We called sextons they said they've sent them out and they did nothing wrong but would check into Next day I called the IRS they received my tax forms that morning!!! Now it's the end of April no tax returns yet called IRS and state sextons put in the wrong home address for us now we have to jump through hoops to get our address fixed to get our refunds!!
