Siebert & Associates was fantastic to work with! They were quick to reply with answers to any question, to prepare our taxes and even provided help with how to reduce our taxes for next year. They did a good job on my taxes, but gave me a $600 bill last year. That wasn't a tax liability, but the bill to have the taxes prepared was $600. This year I went somewhere else, having no less forms, and even had some extra stuff like the sale of a house, and the bill was $180. It's safe to say I'm not going to return.

Been a client for awhile. The ability to upload tax documents to a secure file server saves time and fuel. Usually, unless there are questions, we don't hear when our taxes will be completed only that they are done. If there is going to be any delay, there is notification. As a regular customer, I expect it and don't mind it. However, when I send a question, a response back is prompt.

Did not ask one question about any deductions, I owed State and Federal, and now I am going to do an amended return with a competent CPA, The situation is the same this year and I am getting back $0000.00 and owe half of what I paid last year.
