Very bad service, in the beginning she is very nice and sending monthly email information. First of all they do not want to west the time and see you in person and second of all when they file your they are spending minimum time to explain why you have to pay more and not able to get some tax return and they charge full price does not matter you are satisfy or not. Just friendly recommendation, do not waste your time and your money on them you are going to regrate, which I did last year.
