Despite my LENGTHY payment history of 40 years without defaults, charge-offs, repossessions, or litigation AND often paying loans EARLY they said they could not get me a loan. I am signing up despite all negative reviews, all others are just a boot, and we all have the same problem. After eight months, not a single problem has been solved. I am receiving letters from the bank now from collection agencies, but I'm not sure what I was paying for. The customer service is horrible, and it seems more likely a SCAM! He is very detailed oriented and has great people skills and explained the process and the steps I needed to take to ensure a smooth transition. Most of these comments are bot comments. I was talked to by a smooth talking salesman and talked me into the program, which then was sold off to clarity debt resolution. I was promised one monthly payment but now that im far into the program they're asking for more money to settle my debt. At this point, it appears that they're charging more for my debt than if I settled it on my own. Promises made are not kept. Of course this would upset anyone. This company just feels yucky and preys on people. ??

I applied for debt relief after receiving an offer in the mail. After filling out my info, I quickly was reached out to by Erick Ochoa, who has been my contact from start to finish. He has walked me through every step, been available even though we have a decent time difference between us, and most importantly has been able to ease my worries about the process as I aim to get out of debt.

So I've been getting mailers about twice a month from them saying I can save money on my current debt. Well, when I finally sat down and filled out the information, I got a call from Gage, who was great. However, I just found out they could not give me anything. Why? I've got good credit, make good money and not too terribly in debt so why do they keep sending me these offers only to deny me when I apply? Yes, this is very frustrating.

I received a letter from this company to resolve my credit card issue. I contacted the agent, and they told me it would take 60 to 90 days to resolve my card issues. When I signed the contract, they told me I'd have to start making payments, which was in December. I contacted them after 90 days and they told me they were working on it, but now it's May and they haven't resolved anything. The problem is that they already charged me $2,500.00 and I'm going to cancel the contract because I don't know how mu

I wish I could give this company negative stars!!! I was just on the phone with Jeremy Sellers, Director of Underwriting. I was appalled at the way he was speaking to me!! I got a flyer in the mail. I went online and filled out the questionnaire to apply for a loan. He called me and asked a few questions and wanted me to do a debt forgiveness loan. That's not why I contacted them! I wanted a straight out loan! He was talking down to me as if I'm stupid because I didn't want to do a debt forgivene

The worst business model unless your credit is completely destroyed. I called to see about consolidating some credit cards and they want you to stop paying on your bills for at least 3 months. That alone is not a help, if you have average credit and go 90 days without making a payment that would tank your credit score, you will need to wait years or file a BK before your credit gets back up. Try your local bank or call your local mortgage broker, the rate might be a little higher but you wont screw yoursel

Honestly, I don't know if this is Legit real, I started a process with them almost 4 months ago and haven't seen a response neither Jeremy the rep, or the institution about the settlement, but they are taking my money out of my bank wich is now making me concern and haven't solve anything.
