Alex was so helpful and kind despite the chaos and busyness of the day before taxes is due, he called me back and took my info down just to email some paperwork over to me and he went ahead and created a portal account so I can access all my documents. Was generous and I appreciated it because prior to talking to him two women employees had dismissed me and hung up on me so he was kind to help me out urgently. He runs a software program that calculates taxes, but all he really does is read what the software tells him, take the client?s response, and enter it back in. For this basic service, he charges a whopping $500 or more per hour?something anyone could do themselves for just $60 to $100 using TurboTax or similar tax software. First time here and had a good experience. They completed my taxes on the spot.

Staff is friendly, but that's about where it ends. The last few years they have taken months to do our taxes with zero communication, and after multiple calls and emails with reassurance they would get to it, suddenly on tax day EVERY YEAR they say they need to file an extension. Then they have the gall to still charge me full price. Oh, and for the kicker, every year they also send me an invoice AFTER I've paid claiming that they have no record of me paying. It is not very often that you get such service and help. Once I went to get my taxes done here, I never considered going anywhere else. Had a terrible experience working with this firm. I?d spoken to the CPA in November of 23 regarding the amendment of my tax returns. I was told the filing would be completed by the end of Jan 24. I have called them ever week this year sent multiple emails and gotten no response. Every week I hear that he?s in a client meeting and he?ll call back but never does. I don?t even know if the amendment was ever filed or not. Truly shocking experience, please don?t take on more clients if you don?t have the bandwid

BEWARE OF WASTING YOUR TIME AND TRUSTING THE WRONG CPA. Just terrible all around, I started my returns with this firm on Feb 13th 2024, today March 14th , the day prior due date of 1065s they have not done anything and claim that they are too busy. ?Don?t worry we ask for extension? is his apology. Also after a month of going back and forward with documents Michael Simic tells me that he doesn?t know how to switch from accrual to cash basis, even though that was the first request on our first meeting.

I sincerely recommend any business owner to work with Mike and his team. My main appreciation to Mike is that he ?educates? his clients, something I did not like with my previous CPA. He doesn?t just tell you what to do. He tells you WHY you have to do it and explains to you laws, impacts, results, and on top of that he gives priceless advice happily without ripping you off.

I Don't recommend. $130 may be a normal price but I had them done way better for way cheaper at a different place. They took forever for simple taxes and then we felt as if they didn't know what they were doing. The way he acted made us nervous and they called a couple times because they couldn't figure out part of our taxes. Asked for direct deposit and they forgot to add it so now have to wait for snail mail.

I had my taxes done last year and I didn't receive my state taxes refund, when I emailed them there was no response, no customer service. This year I asked them the price for city tax filing and it was $75, later on I discovered it is free if you go to your city hall. This information was shared by another tax agency when I called them for a quote. Very disappointed.
