Incredible experience! Tax season on the horizon? Don?t be scared. I?ve been going to Smith CPA for years and I?m much more relaxed about the process. Any tax question I have, it is answered in a timely manner. Smith CPA & Associates LLC knows every tax form and tax question because of their years of experience and it shows. Very knowledgeable group and friendly. The online program is very user friendly as well to upload tax documents, they will help you if there is a technical issue online.

Easy as 1-2-3 1. Upload your documents into the portal and send an email stating you uploaded the documents. 2. Wait for your tax refund to sign and accept 3. Wait for your money to be direct deposited I think we submitted on a Sunday and by Tues or Wed they had filed. Been using them for 3 years now.

I've had Smith CPA & Associates do my taxes for a few years now. I've been very pleased, they are professional and timely, they also provide multiple ways for you to submit documents. We have been using Smith CPA & Associates for 3 years now after some staffing changes at our old accounting firm made for an unpleasant experience. Jason Smith has to welcoming from day 1. He reviewed our prior taxes to make sure there were no issues and always responded promptly to any concern we have had.
