Can?t say anything about their professionalism and quality of service. It?s true - not easy to reach them on the phone. Online consulting via Zoom was offered for $350. Basically must schedule an appointment and pay $350 upfront without knowing results of the interview. One star due to strange offer to pay upfront without knowing what for to pay.
