They sold me a million dollar policy but only $10.000 cover what I do. Only found this out once I had a claim. Never seen this exclusion on any certificates or declaration pages. 6 weeks ago they said they would fix it. After weeks of emails and voicemails. No one will even anser the phone for me to fix this. Justin is a supervisor their and in apperently the only one who can fix this and he is uselss. He wont return my calls or emails and this doesnt seem important to them at all. This now affecting my bus

Terrible customer service, it takes days to get someone on the phone. My policy was set up by dio and it was supposed to start July 7 and instead he started it all may 26 and when I told him about it he said underwriting would fix it and it never was fixed. I used them and paid in advance and entire year the year before no issues. Second year when I paid month to month. They never contacted me once by phone or email. They sent mail to my old address which I updated when I did the new policy and it was never

Take your business to a local dealer, this company is in cahoots with scammers, they will sell the policy and run. I used target insurance for a business that never got off the ground and was scrapped. Nothing but a name, LLC and insurance policy existed. Paid my small 1k policy and ended the contract. Half a year later I start getting threatening letters from their ?auditing company? demanding I pay $13,000+ in fines or they send me personally to collections even though the insurance was with a dead LLC. F
Agent that helped me is Dio. It was so fast and efficient getting my policy ! I couldn't believe how patient he was . I asked so many questions and knew every single answer . Horrible service. The agent I dealt with clearly just wanted his commission. They sub out the finances, do not communicate and just want your money. I would highly recommend going somewhere that you'll deal straight with your assigned agent.

By far the worst and slowest customer service from an insurance provider I have yet to experience. They do not return phone calls, agents do not respond to voicemails nor emails. They do not pay attention to detail. I look forward to leaving this provider soon. I would strongly suggest obtaining your coverage elsewhere.

This company has horrible customer service. They have completely dropped the ball for weeks with regard to General Liability Certificate of Insurance to one of my clients. Martha has not returned my calls and the certificate departmartment did not properly ammend the certificate as requested. After this policy is expired I will find another company for General Liability Insurance. My small company does not get the attention like larger companies.

This company provides the facade of insurance coverage. The pool builder, blueway Pools owned by M. Said Sencan that we (and many others) hired caused damage to our pools and living spaces. There is structural damage that needs to be repaired due to his companies poor workmanship and negligence. We filed a claim, only for it to be denied just days later without even an adjuster coming by to look at the damage their insured caused. They stated they don't cover mistakes and that it is only a general liab
