In the beginning we spoke they were kind and patient and professional.( of course because they wanted the $$$) They asked me questions about all the debt I had and I answered every question but what I thought was strange I was verbally telling them about all the debt

I contacted them for help with IRS bill because I thought I was contacting Tax Advocate Services, which works directly with the IRS. Scammers go else where for help. My case has been ongoing since 2019 and I paid them about $6000, they don't provide updates all they do is call you to ask about assets and that's it. If you ask for an update they transfer you to a ?supervisor? and he gives you the run around, today they called again asking for assets and they wanted me to pay them another $7000 to continue to represent me. They have filed my tax years and they are not correct and now will not talk to me to discuss, when I call they answer and immediately transfer me back in the waiting que. This company is a scam. They had my case for a year and absolutely nothing has been done. Everytime I press them for results, they get rude and aggressive and tell me they'll just return my money and drop me. That has happened multiple times. Most recently I said fine, return my money. Now, they refuse to issue a refund unless I sign an incredibly broad nondisclosure agreement that prohibits me from reviewing or discussing the company and their services, or lack thereof.
