After losing a parent, it?s hard enough to figure out how to deal with everything, let alone what to do with retirement plans and Ira?s and all of that that comes with your parents passing. They make these paperwork almost unreadable on a normal day let alone when you?re grieving, but that?s when Joyce came in. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company as a TPA. The amount of mistakes they have made and hours I've spent on the phone trying to undo them is disheartening. They don't follow the Salary Reduction agreements they have on file, they largely ignore the payroll file when it comes to them. If you have money withheld from your paycheck they will put it wherever they want. IF I had not caught these errors myself the tax penalties for overfunding would've been a nightmare to deal with.
