Working with Tax Relief Advocates has been a really great experience. From sign-up to resolution, someone is always available to address your concerns. These guys were like surgeons maneuvering through a delicate surgery. They went back 5 years and amended each return as needed. This has been the most brutal thing I've signed up with, no communication I've had over 9 case advocates. The turn over is insane. I just had the worst case advocates assign to my case Tamara Robinson. She was extremely rude, not understanding or letting me ask questions or understand anything on my case. We're dealing with the IRS here and it is NOT EASY. She was absolutely awful and the worst one I've had. If you sign up with this company plan on it being 2-3 years until anything gets resolved.

I paid over $2000 dollars and they promised they would help me with my IRS situation but nothing came out good about working with this company. It takes them very long to do anything so long that you have to keep re submitting documents that I have already submitted pay stubs , statements , car loans etc. I did the process over 6x and yet they say it's part of the process and they are going to get me the help I need. EDIT AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE: I paid your company in august 2024, it's been 9 months since we started the program, and haven't been even past the first step which is "amending the taxes". Advised what I would qualify for then explained each phase of the programs step by step.
