We got 2 notice from the IRS that there wore errors made and now we owe them taxes!! We have been trying to get ahold of the company from all the phone numbers we know of and nothing..?mailbox full? we email.. no response back! I haven?t received my refund yet but that doesn't matter we know it takes time. Its the fact that this is my first time ever going through ?TaxBox? and they lied about how much I was getting back. Literally had me E-Sign and then refiled the documents, Im assuming almost overnight. They did indeed get me more this year than I have in the past but the customer service and service in general was horrible. They nerve follow up even after numerous phone calls. I filed on Feb 15th, called numerous times and finally got someone on March 8th to find out my state refund was rejected because they input my information wrong and only re-filed due to me calling! Everyone was very welcoming when I first entered the building. I was assisted by Monicia who was very helpful and transparent about everything. This is my second year with them, Chuck (CEO) was a very nice guy in the beginning but the biggest issue I have with them is that they charge so much and they promise (in writing) that they will assist you if any issues arise however that?s not the case. It?s been over 5 months and we never received our refund. When I called t box they would re assure me that they would help me figure out why was there a hold on the refund. They said they would get back to me anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to get back to me.

Don't do your taxes here!; They act nice in person. Don't tell you they have extra hidden fees. They make it seem like you're going to get a certain amount but when tax refund comes they take 99% of your refund. They never tell you that they will charge extra fees. You find out the day your tax return comes extremely short in your bank account. Check the contract you sign they chargeore then what they tell you. They say the amount they told you didn't include their "fees" they took over $1500 just off fees.
