The owner of this company Fahim actually was a pretty decent gentleman. I'm retired from the United States Navy. He charged a fee on my account which I'm not worried about for $346 but it taught me because that fee he When in detail about being divorced, he can't afford to pay his employees and that he pays child support And he's currently just got divorced at least he brought it up that way and said he can't even pay his bills and went on and on. I used Taxden for a couple of years as they were recommended by a good friend. They actually did a good job filling out my tax forms especially since my filing is a bit more complicated with two rental properties in CA and WA. Taxden charges based on complexity and the number of forms used which was new to me. They are also remote which was something that I was getting used to. Overall, I had a good experience but I have moved on as I now have a CPA.

You just need to update your information in their portal and schedule a one-hour meeting, where they'll walk you through what they've entered for you. However, it can be challenging to reach an accountant for any follow-up questions.

When I was living in the bay area this was a hidden jewel when it comes to tax season. They make it so painless, easy, transparent, and VERY QUICK to process your taxes, I would definitely recommend!
