I have been doing my taxes here before, but it seems the new rule is for you to stand outside, do the form and waite for them to call you. I told the lady I can't stay outside, since I'm allergic to pollen and it was a windy day. She is like take the form with you to your car and do it. What part of I should avoid the weather as much as possible she does not understand amazed me! A total time waster! So go if you have no problem doing your private business on the street.

Terrible business. I came to do my business taxes and they couldn?t finish them in the same day after driving about 1 hour one way to get there. I reached to them again and spoke to the person if I could come and do my personal and business taxes in the same day and they said I could. I gave them a second chance and after driving 1 hour and 30 minutes because of traffic they said they cannot do my taxes when they did say they could by email.
