This is my fourth year as a client of Taxes Done Eze, and I?m so relieved I found them! They have always been helpful, kind, and efficient. They?re thorough and answer your questions with clarity. I have been doing my taxes here before, but it seems the new rule is for you to stand outside, do the form and waite for them to call you. I told the lady I can't stay outside, since I'm allergic to pollen and it was a windy day. She is like take the form with you to your car and do it. What part of I should avoid the weather as much as possible she does not understand amazed me! A total time waster! So go if you have no problem doing your private business on the street.

Terrible business. I came to do my business taxes and they couldn?t finish them in the same day after driving about 1 hour one way to get there. I reached to them again and spoke to the person if I could come and do my personal and business taxes in the same day and they said I could. I gave them a second chance and after driving 1 hour and 30 minutes because of traffic they said they cannot do my taxes when they did say they could by email.

My husband was referred by a chruch friend and spoke highly about Eze tax service my husband was in contact with Eze and let him know we were coming today after noon to see him. Looks like my post was erased but I went earlier today and there computer crashed which that I understand but what I don't understand is why do they have a rude receptionist who can't handle pressure, my wife and I and mom were going for our 11am appointment when we saw a line and my wife approached the receptionist to ask her if she needed to go in that line or just go in and talked to my as if she was a toddler and said I don't answer any questions unless your in line. Years and years filing Taxes at different places this is place is the best place , employees are very friendly ( Jorge very professional and friendly ), he was very quick he finish in 30 minutes and , usually the other places were waiting someone to take care of us ( HR BLOCK ) even the we have the appointment all the time . And this place price , I don't think any competitors they cannot bit their price thanks again.
