TaxPlus has recently installed a suite of security cameras outside their building. While this is not uncommon, and within their rights, they have also enabled a motion-controlled feature that harasses passersby with an obnoxious "You are being recorded! You are being recorded!" announcement, as if the very act of passing in front of their building on a public sidewalk should be met with a suspicious announcement. Ok so look I filed my 2017 taxes with this company I was like great sure good thing $210 for this. But guess what they never submitted my 2017 tax return until May of this year when I called to tell them hey it?s saying I have no previous record of filing taxes in 2018 for 2017.
