The worst experience ever !!! Jason M the rep we dealt with, just jerked us around for 2 months to then come back and say the proof of purchase is too old. Both deposit and final payment needed to be within 60 days of application. Which has already been in review for that long. It was the biggest waste of time. If you do not get approved in a couple of days.. LOOK FOR A MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. It has been 2 weeks I am still waiting for a formal denial letter I requested!

Not a very good company to work for or do business with as they are scaling down their workforce and laying off over 15 individuals. The CEO, Michael Hong, lacks clear direction and leadership.
