I had a great experience with this company until I did not. This year it was my first time using their tax preparation services and, initially, things were going well. My taxes were completed over a month ago and Troy and his team received payment upfront for their services.Unfortunately, however, Troy and his team failed to send my completed taxes to the IRS. They did not realize that they had failed to do so until I called after checking the IRS website and finding that the IRS had no taxes on file got me
