Last year I contacted them on 1/2/24 to do my business taxes and I had to follow up close to a dozen times for them to move forward. Due to that we had to file an extension on literally the very last day. Closer to the 6 months extension expiration I had to keep following up again. 2019: Tim was great to work with. I had a very complicated tax season this year due to being W-2 and 1099. Tim was able to accomplish the task with no problem! After receiving a notice from the NCDOR I decided bring it to Teasley Ayers. Not only did they complete the required paperwork in less than a day, they (Rose)also discovered that I was owed $1500 from a previous return. Wow! They will be my annual tax preparation office from now on.

I would definitely recommend.. I came in and the staff were very friendly and Alex and Tim were great. They gave great advice, heard my needs, and more importantly I left confident with the work they had done.

Unfortunately I was unable to schedule an appointment because they?re short staffed. While professional, the lady on the phone was unwilling to offer another recommendation which I feel is inappropriate for the top rated firm. I even inquired about a wait list! Even If you just want a consultation, don?t waste your time because unfortunately you won?t find one here. Very disappointed.

Wasn't able to use because they're price was so high... I needed to resubmit my NC taxes only. I made a small mistake that cost me $2.5k and just need to change my residence. I don't need anything else for NC to be included or changed. It's a super quick fix. They wouldn't budge from the over $300 they wanted to charge.
