My experience was not a good one. We have been with ALG for the past 3 years. We are currently still awaiting our 2019 tax return. We RESUBMITTED that return again 20 weeks ago and have yet to get a resolution. I spoke with the staff multiple times regarding this issue and was only offered phone numbers that lead to automated lines. This was not helpful because the IRS has moved on 2020 filing.
